Flippin’ the Script is a podcast designed for the mature women of color who are looking for or experiencing change in their lives. We will discuss how to create/manage that change and learn how to enjoy the benefits that change can bring. We will also explore issues that relate to us beyond careers including health and wellness, finances, retirement planning and the physical and emotional adaptations we may need to make.

Donielle Johnson has taken the pharmaceutical and medical devices industries by storm. She has been able to thrive in an industry where you don’t see many women of color. Unlike many of my guests, Donielle became an expat at an earlier age, moving to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, while in her mid-thirties and has been able to take advantage of opportunities that were not afforded her in the US. Donielle encourages women to step out on faith and be confident in yourself to successfully compete in the global market.
